How much is protein shake scoop?

Hey guys,
My Medi Chocolate Protein Shake mix did not come with a scoop...can someone tell me how much mix is in a "scoop"?

Take a peek at the back of the can. One scoop is equal to 30 grams. And 30 grams is equal to 1.058 ounces. 1.058 ounces is equal to about 1/8 of a cup. In any calculation...not a whole lot!
