Slow Loser needs Help!
After 8 weeks I have only lost 14.2 lbs. I am so disappointed. I never got into ketosis even in the first week where I ate nothing but protein. Medi started me on the program eating 700 cal. because I walked 3 times a week.
Now they have me eating 800 cal in protein and the days I workout I have to eat 300 extra protein cal. We have tried me eating different foods every day and eating fruit every other day. Does anyone have any other suggestons? |

I understand being upset because of how slow you are losing it. you are still losing tho... every week you have lost soomething.

I am surprised that they are having you eat so much based on your height. It seems like the 500 calories of protein per day would be more appropriate, even with the exercise you are doing. I was told to only add about 50 additional protein calories after my workouts.
