anyone with 25 or less to lose?

I am new and have searched through a lot to try to find some results of people who had less than 25 pounds to lose on the program. I assume the loss is slower than if you had more but would like some advice and results so I have an idea of what I might expect. I have been doing the program for 9 days and have my first follow up tomorrow. I'm nervous.

I only had 20 to lose when I joined Medi. As you can see in my signature, it came off super fast.

You are going to do great. Don't be nervous; be excited!!!

that gives me some hope. I am also vegetarian, so it has been a struggle to find food that meet the first week criteria. I'm hoping for at least 4 or 5 pounds at my weigh in this afternoon!

I only have 12lbs left to loose (although I may lower my goal and make it more like 22lbs). I am still having great success. You'll have that 25lbs off in no time I'm sure. I lost my first 25lbs in 8 weeks.

I have lost 14 lbs so far and have 20 left. Other than the first week it hasn't been hard at all.

haha, it is quite possible that it will break the bank...but I suppose it's cheaper than medical problems or anti-depressants. I only lose one pound at my weigh in yesterday...but I felt bloated so I didn't expect a good loss this week.....it will be a better week this week. I'm anxious to get to my goal...especially for monetary reasons...so I can only pay for the maintenance!
