I just wanted to introduce myself

and say today is the first day of the rest of my life. I started medi today and it's been a great day! Thanks to all of you who have posted those wonderful recipes and ideas. I plan to print and try each one in the coming months (obviously after this first week!). I've been reading your posts for a couple of weeks now to get myself motivated to begin. I hope to post some great results next week!
