Senior citizens...are you there?

I tried to find a thread for older folks but couldn't find anything. I did see mention of a "Golden Years" board or thread but still couldn't find it. When I first went to Medi, I thought they would turn me away because of my age. I thought maybe the diet might be dangerous or too strict for older folks. So far I have lost every week and am down 24lbs.

Is there a thread for seniors?

I don't know your age. I'm 64 and will have my first weeks weigh-in this morning. I was told by one MWLC workers that they will not take people 65 and over unless you have alreaady been a member.

I know of 2 people that are 65 or older that have done and are on the program. Also both were given the AS and went to different clinics.

Definatly not the case here. Quite a few over 70's here on the program and AS.
