Which AS are you taking? and How much?

I feel like I'm still hungry frequently. Not so much in the mornings, but definitely mid afternoon and evening. Just wondering what you guys are taking and how much? I saw someone post that they can't even think of looking at food. I'm definitely feeling the opposite-it's still a struggle to look at food. (yes sometimes it is mental, but often I'm actually hungry.) I'm definitely eating more than 500 calories.

You should talk to your clinic about that and they can reassess your meds. I ended up taking 1 1/2 in the afternoon (my hungry time) and less in the morning. Worked vey well for me.

I take the one a day, at the lowest dose. I don't take it until 10 or 11 in the morning so taht it works all the way until I go to bed. I'm not usually hungry in the morning, so it's not a problem to hold off on taking it, and I still sleep fine at night. Maybe you could try taking it later in the day.

I am hungry every once in awhile, but not so much that it makes me eat more. I don't mind be a tiny bit hungry from time to time. But my doctor told me that if I ever get so hungry that I have a hard time not giving into my cravings then they would adjust my dosage. So talk to your clinic.

I took phendimetrazine. After the first 3 weeks, I went from 3 - 35mg pills a day to 4. I took the last 2 around 3:30/4:00 in the afternoon to keep the afternoon hunger at bay.

i also take phendimetrazine. I have a subscription for 3 a day but I usually only take 2 because if I take it too late I dont sleep. It really helps.

This truly is a question best answered by the doc/NP at your clinic as they are the most familiar with you personally. JMHO
