What did you eat today?
Just still trying to get a handle on the Medi program so I was wondering if you guys could tell me what you ate today? Below I listed what I ate, any feedback is welcome!
7:00 a.m. 2 hard boiled eggs w/ 1tbsp of ff mayoand 1tbsp of zuchinni relish
11:00 a.m. Dannon 0% greek yogurt with 1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of raw cucumbers w/ vinegar and greek seasoning
1:00 Almonds (messed up here and snacked on too many:down:)
2:30 Will have a chargrilled chicken fillet from Chick-fil-a
5:30 Dinner-unsure as of right now-suggestions welcome! :)
Bkfst: 1 egg + 2 egg whites
Snack: Cottage cheese w/ blueberries and strawberries (1/2 cup)
Lunch: 3 oz. lean pork chop
Snack: cheese stick
Dinner: I will have 4 oz. lean steak and a salad :-)
Today I've eaten:
8am. 2 egg muffins
(Pour 1/4c eggbeaters in sprayed muffin tin, add veggies,cheese, meat..... bake at 350 for 25 min.) Todays combo =100cal.
1030am. cheese stick =50cal.
1230am. Dannon carb control yogurt =60cal.
2pm. 4oz baked shrimp with lemon & garlic =80cal.
5pm. celery with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese =35cal.
12 hour work day, I have to eat when I can.
Will have more protein at home.
