Ongoing - Weekly MWL Results
Could we start a strand of just starting weight/date-current weight/date with weekly loss numbers? I am finding so many people are interested in measuring weekly results, including myself. I find myself looking through other forums just too see what kind of results people have and can achieve. I think it is motivating and inspiring to see what is possible, and also to see that others have stalls so people don't get discouraged. Would anyone be willing to post a general snapshot of their journey/#s with MWL so far?
Starting: 231 (4/9/10) Week 1: 219 (11.5) Week 2. 215 (3.7) |

This is a good idea! I just updated my signature, so I'll just post that for now and then add weekly to it. I had lots of stress in the past 2 months and recently left a stressful job that I loved for 10 years but was starting to really dislike. Prior to my last day I was doing a lot of ANGER eating and that accounts for the slower amounts. Oh well...I'm making progress in the right direction and not in a race! I also have insulin resistance so I think that's made my progress a little slower....getting off Janumet a couple months ago and switching to only Metformin has been helpful.
You are all also welcomed to start posting on the Exercise In/Energy Out thread for accountability in that department. Debbie
