Weighing Food
Hey guys! I'm sure this info is on here somewhere, but having no luck finding it! Would you mind sharing your knowledge or directing me to the proper thread?
I have been weighing food raw (except deli meat) and am cooking frozen chicken now...if I eat 3 oz COOKED will that be an accurate reading for a week 1 lunch?
Thanks so much!

My clinic says cooked weight is what we record.

My clinic also says to weigh your food after it is cooked.

Haha. I didn't pay attention my 1st week and weighed my food BEFORE cooking it. Meaning I was losing out on 1-2oz of more food I could of been eating. No wonder I was so hungry. HAHAHA! Anyone else find weighing your food constantly to be a BIG pain!
