Going into wk 2
WHHHEEEEEWWWW!Week 1 complete.Only lost 5 pounds but that's ok,gotta keep going.Must say it wasn't easy.When going into week 2,do you slowly incorporate your veggise back or just dig in?I'm sooooo starved for a salad,but don't want to mess up my weight loss.What are week 2 no-no's?

My suggestion is to revisit the Newbie thread as there are great tips in there about week two as well. Also read through the materials the clinic gave you. There are specifics for week two in there as well.
