Ortal, the PB2 is better used as flavoring than as a full on substitute. I think you could use it for baking or flavoring shakes or things like that. I usually hate peanut butter but have been craving it insanely since starting this diet. So I use it to make PB shakes with almond milk. But if you're not a PB fan, it may not be worth it to you.

I finally found the laughing cow cheese at walmart, but it's not with all the other cheeses it was in the front in the deli meat cutting section in the middle between the deli and the fruit. It was in a weird section, but they had all the flavors

I can't find the cookies and cream shakes where do you order them from? Also is their a variety pack of single servings? I am going on vacation in a few weeks and I thought that would be nice to travel with. Thanks!

I think I am going to get some DeVinci syrup, what flavors do you recomment. Mainly for pancakes/muffins, and desserts. I am not a coffee drinker.

Has anyone ever tried Skinny Water? It has 0 calories/0 carbs. I tried the passion fruit lemonade today and it was amazing. It tasted like real lemonade/juice rather than a bottle full of chemicals. They were a little expensive ($1.25/bottle at Stop and Shop), but a I enjoyed a break from Powerade Zero. Hope everyone had a great 4th!

Yummy "smoothy". But I am putting a disclaimer on this. My clinic is mixing things up with me a bit and put me on a modified week 1 eatting plan but increased my carbs a bit on days that I run, so I drank this right before a 3 mile run.
1 scoop Vanilla protein shake 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk 1 pkg. Crystal Light Hunger Satisfaction Strawberry Banana drink mix. I mixed it in my magic bullet and it was SOOOOOO yummy! It ends up being 170 calories, and 15 carbs (but 9 grams fiber, so you can subract that if you are doing "net" carbs....which I only do on running days) and 20g protein. This was a suggestion by the nutritionist at my clinic when I was talking to her about what to eat on days that I run.

Wanted share my newfound love of teas. I absolutely love the Mayan Chocolate Truffle tea from Mighty Leaf Teas. With a little creamer it tastes almost as good as hot cocoa with no calories.

Erin, I LOVE hot teas. I love every flavor you can imagine. I use Twinings as a good stand by, but by far my favorites are from a company called Tea Forte. They can be found online and the products are outstanding. Great gift items as well!!

I love the chai too! There's also a vanilla as well.
The company is called Mighty Leaf. If you google it, it comes right up. I can't post a link. |

I want to try the turkey pepperoni. Are they good? great? blah? Need some feedback. Want to pack them for a trip I am leaving on tomorrow. First I have to go buy them. Do they need refrigeration?

I highly recommend the turkey pepperoni! 17 per serving. Spread them out on a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute. They make a great chip!
They do say to refrigerate after opening, but they are at my grocery store unrefrigerated. |

Re: turkey pepperoni - If microwaved on a glass or dishwasher safe plate, after you nuke the perpperoni you can top with some mozzerrella cheese and melt that too. That makes the "fake pizza" I like!
I do refrigerate my turkey pepperoni. Also taste fine just right out of bag. |

I love turkey pepperoni. It was my favorite go to snack in the beginning. I keep forgetting to buy more lately, but I picked some up today and had that for my afternoon snack. So yummy!

Heinze 1 carb Ketchup Galeo's Miso Caesar salad dressing (This is insanely good!) ![]() Fiber Gormet pasta Walden Farms Pancake Syrup Walden Farms strawberry jam All the DiVinci stuff Dixie Diner stickey trail mix bars (these little suckers are good!) Mama Lupes tortillas (only 60 calories) Now macadamia nut oil (very nutty tasting) Homestyles chili (This actually was quite good) EZ Sweetz Vita Muffin Mix (I'm reduced carb so I eat these) Jok n Al Chili pepper sauce, in fact, most of the Jok n Al stuff is good Truvia The Bad: Veggie Sweet (worthless) Walden Farms peanut butter (not!) ![]() Walden Farms caramel sauce ![]() The powdered peanut butter stuff (not bad tasting but to get to 2 tablespoons, you end up with about 150 calories anyway)

Re: PB2 -- No. It's 45 calories for 2 T of powdered mixed with 1T of water. That's two T. After mixing it -- it makes a little less than 2T since the liquid thins it. It should take no more than 4T of powdered plus 2T of water to make 2 T of peanut butter and that is 90 calories. Still much less than most products.
