Newbie...Veggie
Hi,
Its great to hear everyone's story here.....So, glad to found you all in my weightloss journey. Its my second day of First week...I am basically a vegetarian :stars:...i dont mind eating non veg (Chicken) though...Medi weight loss have put my first week in veggies..Its just making me little nervous..would my being in veggie for first week will reduce the result. And, they have also allowed me to have one or two DIET COKE in a day...pls share your views. Also, few tips on veggie rece:stars:pies would be a great help. |

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/me...-week-1-a.html Personally, I would put aside the diet soda, in favor of Smartwater, Powerade Zero, and regular water. Soda contains caffeine and sodium. Your call on that one, but I completely quit drinking soda and still do not drink it anymore. Jo |

I am never hungry on this diet because I drink all my water, Powerade zero, coffee and an occasional diet soda-some day I may float away:)

Sauté mushrooms with a little bit of crushed garlic until mushrooms are golden. Spread thin layer of pasta sauce in bottom of 13\"x9\" baking pan and layer eggplant, mushrooms, sauce, mozzarella cheese, top last layer with parmesan then mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted and browning. |
