Hi everyone! I've been reading these threads for a few days now and have learned so much! I am thinking about going to the clinic, but I am a little concerned. I work out several times a week. two days, its a pretty intense workout. I havent read much about working out on this program. and the week 1 weakness/dizziness concerns me. Can I do both? thanks so much in advance for your help!
