Well I figured out why I've been so hungry! It was TOM and I wasn't fully aware. Sounds weird but I got an endometrial ablation which stops my periods aside from a tiny bit of spotting. I still get the hormone surges and PMS and all of that though. Hopefully I can get a handle on this hunger now. 2:00-5:00 pm are the very worst times for me so maybe if I just drink a lot more water or something then it would help.
Yesterday's accountability: B: Egg Beaters, Laughing Cow Chs wedge, Turkey Sausage Link (all cooked in a mug in the microwave - yum) L: Turkey Breast Shaved, Smoked Salmon, pickles, 2% cheddar S: carb control yogurt, 6 Almonds, more turkey D: NY strip steak, green beans Tons of crystal light and smart water!!! OMG I thought I was going to float away but it really helped!

B - yogurt
L - turkey, cheese stick, almonds, celery S - cottage cheese, beef jerkey D - egg beaters, cheese, jello I thought I had to be around 170 or less to be into my 12's but I'm there. I can go up or down 20 pounds or more and not change a size, so don't really see getting any lower than a 12 even when I get to my goal weight. If I do, that'll REALLY be something. I don't own a single pair of size 10 anythings! |

For example, you eat 500 calories. You work out and burn 300 calories. That leaves your body with 200 to live on for the day. Now that's not good. Talk to your MWL center to figure this out. Just explaining, not advising. |

I'm sorry ladies, it was not a good day because I was so sick. I was nauseous, sharp stomach pain that went to my lower back, felt very weak and tired. Kept thinking about eating, a danish, a crossiount, a bagel, something, anything to make me feel better.
I was also trying to be good Monday and Tuesday to make up for Sunday. I had 2 home made beef patties! I only up the calories I burn when I exercise if I've been very good. |

Debbie, good luck with the paper. Don't get TOO stressed out and keep making healthy choices!
B - egg L - turkey, cheese stick, celery S - beef jerkey, almonds D - hamburger, cheese, salsa, jello Walk 20 minutes Bike 30 minutes You know how some days are hard and other days are easier? This was a much easier day for me. I wish I could break it down into segments so I could see why certain days are better. I'd repeat those days over and over and over! |

Hi Lea,
Turned in my paper online about 45 mins ago...it's for a nursing ethics class for my MSN. With today's changing health care system things have been changing from when I graduated with my RN 30 years ago! Nurses still want to be nurses and provide awesome care for society, trust me! 5/16/10 B-Pure Protein PB bar L-turkey pepperonis (17) nuked in microwave and 2 sl provolone cheese and 1/8 c cheddar on top D-3 saltines and a Tbsp of natural peanut butter (working on my paper...grabbed and got out of kitchen!) Unfortunately, didn't drink much today. Hope scales are okay tomorrow.
