Hi Jerry, I just sent you a PM. We know so many of the same folks in this area! Congrats on your upcoming trip! Years and years ago I used to belong to the TOPS program and went for a while to the Valley Center group. Do you know a senior named Mary? She loves outdoor birds and I enjoyed visiting with her! Also I remember ?Beverly who was a leader. We're talking probably 9 years ago or so when I belonged.

My total loss for Feb was 5.2 lbs

Sick and under the influence of antibiotics for a week this past month, which puts me back fighting the candida stuff and gave into cravings for carbs. As much as off the program as I was I am thankful for this accountability because this is when I would have given up in the past. I want to be healthier and I thank all my MWL buddies for being great examples and for nudging me when I've gone off track from the journey I want to be on! This time of my life with no breaks from grad school and working two jobs could have really seen me explode past the 190's and I thank you all for helping me head in the other direction instead. I have about 1 1/2 years of this schedule left and I want to look HOT for graduation and other upcoming events and not be embarrassed of the camera.

In March I'm going to mad at fat and aim to see the 150's!

WELCOME to a SMALL WORLD! Yes, that is the group I belong too. Beverly is now the area coordinator, Mary Walker is still coming as is Dixie, Shirley Weber, Mary O, Ilah Baty, and Marki Graves! Along with plenty of others you would probably know!

I knew Dixie too as I was a Girl Scout leader for one of her grandkids years ago! (I think that was the connection!) Please tell Mary Walker I said Hello and that though I've moved out east here I am still feeding the birds!

I last ran into her about 1 1/2 years ago when I'd stopped in to the gym in V.C. to visit. I'm sure I'd recognize the others if I saw them again. I was always about 20 to 30+ years younger than most of them

I was running into that same problem w/ my meds as well. I keep a compact w/ a few AS and a fat burner in my pocketbook in case I get caught out and can't get back home. Just a thought...it has saved me many a time. Good luck, SCgirl
