Just started Medi- Weight loss today after years of all the other diets. Wish me luck I know its all mental but 500 calories a day is brutal. Jim

Hey everyone! After much online research, I have scheduled my first appointment with my local MWL here in FL for this Thursday. I admit I am apprehensive but I will never know what being at my realistic goal feels like again unless I try! Hope to become an active contributor here on these boards! Wish me luck! Anything I need to be prepared for??
