I am only week 2, so I am a newbie, but I add cinnamon and vanilla powder (not sugar) to the dry mix before I add water. Tastes better and gives it a richer taste with out sugar. I know for week 2 and beyond some add peanut butter to it and blend it. I haven't done that yet. There is another thread for shake recipes you might want to check out. Look in the topics for shake recipes or use the search function and you will find some good suggestions.

I use the vanilla shake with walden farms chocolate syrup (calorie and sugar free!!) with a packet of truvia and 7-8 ice cubes...takes like a chocolate milk shake. You can put in ground flax seeds for a slight nutty flavor too.
