Week 3 153.4 (down 4.2 pounds - 2.8 from fat, 1 pound from water and .4 from muscle)
You're doing great! And I understand the tears completely! I have experimented with the pills and when to take the last one of the day (I'm assuming you're talking about the appetite suppressants). My clinic said don't take it after 3 or 4 at the latest. But I work 2nd shift, so that doesn't really work for me. I usually take it around 5, but if I forget and its later than that, I will take a half. Taking a half won't cause you to fail, I've forgotten to take it altogether a few times with no bad results (except an awareness that I'm hungrier). Hang in there!
