You're right! I can't believe how much better I feel. I thought I was happy and healthy then, but now my back and knees don't hurt like they did, I sleep better, I'm not taking any meds any more, except some Tylenol arthritis once in a while. Bill doesn't mind sitting in a booth any more, I don't have to shop in the plus size dept, even my shoes fit better! We fit in regular sized seats without having an "overlap"........we even drive a new smaller car!
I'm excited to see what changes the next 45 pounds (gone) will bring!

Mary ~ I agree, you look great! I've noticed the best part of being slimmer are the things I don't notice anymore... like knee pains (they used to wake me up at night with awful aching).
You ARE an inspiration ~ thanks for sharing, and for encouraging the rest of us along!

Trying to load some photos finally!
Left to Right: March 2009 w/youngest DD-visiting Palo Duro Canyon, TX (wt about 180's); Nov 2009 visiting family out of state (wt about 185 - SO uncomfortable!); May 2009 cruise visiting Alaska - size 14 jeans with Lycra, tight!; Oct 2009 w/DH visiting Lake Mead, AZ (I use tricks to hide rolls and flab--but it was there!); Aug 2010 down 45 lbs (wt 145) on vacation with family TN (I even hiked and kept up pretty well with them!); Aug 2010 - the family!; Aug 2010 - no double chin!; August 2010 getting close to goal of 137 lbs!
