Starting Over...Again...

Hi all - I am beginning my 2nd Week 1 today. I technically started in December, but fell off the wagon, so I decided it's a new year and I'm adopting a new attitude. I want, need and have to do this! I keep telling myself that it's just food and it's not going anywhere, but this weight needs to. So here I am ready to do this. Thanks in advance for all your support - I'm gonna need it!!

I know Harley! I've been "starting over" for 20 years!! There is no reason beyond my control that this cannot work, so I just have to do it! We can do this!!

Well I started Medi in April 2009 and did well lost over 20 pounds by May. the summer I was on and off and then this past winter I fell completley off and now I am back again. It is hard to be on it fall off and start back up again. I tried getting back on many times but now I am 110% focused and my 27 th Birthday is in 6 weeks (even more motivation) I didn't know about this forum my 1st time but I've been reading all of your stories and I think this will really help me get through this and become a healthier me.
