Can I start over?

After a great start, I get sick...then have a wisdom tooth removed and could eat nothing but carbs....

Can I start over? I don't go back to Medi until Monday but thought I could get a jumpstart and just redo at least 3-4 days of 500 protein to get back in the groove?

ANy issues with that of has anyone ever done this?

No -I do it anytime I need to clean up after adding wrong or too many carbs. That's the beauty of this program - you know what you need to do. In fact I am on it right now!

Me too! I'm doing a restart after a HORRIBLE holiday season (food-wise). Go back to week 1 and RECOMMIT TO YOURSELF!
