Who is the manufacturer of the Mega T, and can it be found at Trader Joe's or the like, or do I need to go to a GNC type store? I know it has been stated before, but once more and I promise I will not ask again,

Keep those weight loss stats coming. Looking good people!

The sugar free Torani syrups at World Market were so huge that I could only carry 4 to the register. Yes, they can go in coffee. They are also good in protein shakes. There were a bunch of flavors in stock. I chose Irish Creme, Almond Roca, Chocolate (like this one better than Walden Farms), and Hazelnut. I read somewhere that a hot mug of coffee after a meal was shown to decrease hunger/sweet cravings in a study. Lately I've been brewing a nice hot pot of decaf for DH to enjoy after dinner, to make up for the fact that I'm no longer making desserts. He really enjoys it and it seems to help both of us.

Hi Jo-Walmart has it as well. I states that it's made by CCA Industry. I buy mine at BJs.
No problem with asking. I'm sure Walgreens carries it as well.
