Have called the Nashville Clinic. My Husband and I are thinking about joining. Do you like it? How was you first week? Any advice?

Don't know if either of you still look at this at all, but I live in Nashville as well. I've been doing the program for 3 weeks and I've lost 11.5 lbs according to the scales at the clinic. According to my home scales I've lost approx. 14 or so. First time something has EVER worked for me that I'm happy about! Hope you are both still on track and doing well!

I live in Lebanon and I'm on week 3 of the program. So far I've lost 11 pounds. All the ladies at the Brentwood clinic are SUPER nice and the program is easy to follow.
