Did the people you saw losing more have more to lose to start with?

Jessie- You have to look at everyone's stats. The people with lots of weight to lose (like me!) will lose faster and more but end up taking longer because there's more to go. As long as the scale goes down, you're moving in the right direction I'm not sure what your stats are but try putting them in with your starting weight/currentweight/goalweight and you'll see how that compares!

Jessie,
Weight loss is totally individual and you cannot compare yourself to others and expect the same results. Jessica is correct. If you have less to lose, say under 40 pounds, then your loss rate will be less than those who have more to lose, like myself. I have lost 112 pounds. It took a long time to do that. This program requires total commitment from you, body mind and soul! It is not a magic quick fix. It is a major lifestyle change.

Welcome Newbies! Helpful info for week 1.
