Day Two!!

Hello All!

Day two has begun - following program to a T........

43 year old male
starting weight - 248 lbs
goal weight - 190 lbs

Hope this is the JUMP START i need to get motivated.......been absolutely depressed about my weight and the inability to make a change. Great to read all the success stories, hope I can be one of them in a few months

Please join us in our main monthly thread and check out the newbie thread for tips. Congrats on joining. This program works. There are lots of us who have done it in the past year and are now on maintenance with losses between 20 and 250 pounds. I lost 62 pounds in 6 months on this plan last year after failing on plan after plan. MWL is the key. Good luck and keep posting.
