Advice For Doing Program Without The Clinic?

I just started two weeks ago, and I'd really like to continue going. However, my husband lost his job and $90 a week for this just isn't going to be in the budget.

I don't want to stop the plan, though. Is there anyone who has had to do it without going to the clinic? Do you have any advice for me? Will the program change drastically between now and my goal weight? (It will be a looooong time! I have about 145 to lose!)

Take a look at this thread. There are some ideas for you in there.

Considering doing Medi on my own

Also consider going only every two weeks. After I was laid off, this is what my clinic agreed to. Also my visits are 70.00, 80.00 if I get the extra B6 shot. MWL now has Medimelts which have all the ingredients of the shots. 30 day supply is $15.00. How do you end up paying 90.00?

I was laid off in January after beginning the program in December right before Christmas. I made goal in September. And I am now back at work. So there is hope out there.

Jo

Yeah $90 a week is just what my clinic charges. I'm close to NYC so everything is more expensive!
I'll ask them about going every other week. I have a few week's worth of dues saved up so I can keep going consistently for at least another five weeks.
