Thanks for the tips. I have been reading ALL of the info on this site and it has been helpful. 9 days and I'm ready for a BIG change. It's sad that I weight the same now as I did nine months pregnant!! Looking forward to looking better and feeling better.

I just started Wednesday.. today is Day 4! I'm looking forward to getting weighed this Wednesday and see how much I lost in week 1!! Good luck to you!

csp562...we both have something in common. I also weigh now what I did when I was 9 months pregnant. It looks like we weigh about the same now also. Good luck to you!!!
