Oooo i slipped..
Oh man i was doing so good and with 37lbs down i thought some Pizza during football wouldnt hurt, so i did i felt like i cheating on my husband!!! i felt dirty, sick, disgusted!!
So i asked myself if i only had 2 slices i would be ok, so we ordered Pizza Hut and OMG it was so good, but all my stomach pain came back and i was litterly sick for 3 days, then on Sunday i thought well i can handle myself and we went out for breakfast at Cracker Barrell i had maybe 3 bites of grits 3 bites of hash brown, 2 eggs and a slice of bacon id didnt touch the bread, like it would have mattered... then that night we were running behind and it was late and we stopped to get some Publix Italian subs, OMG i cannot believe i did this, i started back on pure protein yesterday and went back to walking my mile but i thought i could control myself, but apparently i couldnt my husband was like i should have told you no, but he didnt, i hope i will be able to get back on track i dont want these last 3 months to be a waste... ![]() |

But now pick yourself up, dust off those carbs and get back to business. You know you made a mistake and your body reacted. Remember how you felt for 3 days and how you feel about the cheating. I don't think you will do it again. Good luck this week. Stay strong! |
