TMI- Day 2 and loose BM

Hi,

I'm on day two --did well yesterday after someone told me here it was 500 protein cals, not 500 cals altogether!!

Anyway, this morning, I woke up with a headache, jittery and have had several very loose BMs. I know the headache and jittery can be normal, but has anyone experienced this before.

I do have IBS and take prilosec to help that, but I 'm wondering if there's something in the supplements that could be aggravating this .

I had this problem once yesterday as I was on day one! Guess I will see if today is the same or not.

Been there went threw that..LOL my first week was like that, i thought whoo hoo i wont need a clense..YEAH RIGHT...LOL now i wish i were like that NOT

No problem with it today like yesterday. Only had 1 episode yesterday.

I didn't experience that back in April (I am restarting now). I am on Day 2 now and I just have the awful headache. Yuck.
