Looking for suggestions in minimizing strech marks and sagging skin

How has your skin reacted to the rapid weight loss. Has anyone used any creams or lotions to prevent strech marks and sagging skin.

Hello and a hearty to the group.

I would suggest bringing your question over to the main
August thread. You are more likely to get a lot of responses there. Other than the recipe threads, the main thread for the month is where most people go first.

Amazing August with Medi Weight Loss

For most of us in Medi, the weight loss is anywhere from 1-3 pounds per week, which is within the normal "healthy" range. Consistent exercise is a great way to combat loose skin!
