How do you count Walden Farms BLue Cheese Dressing?

I found this and actually really like it.. It says zero calories, zero carbs, and zero fat.. they only thing it has is sodium at 240 mg for 2 tablespoons..

How should I count that on medi? is it free?

Yes, as long as you use the 2 tbsps. Remember, a carb of 0.9 is counted as zero carbs, so once you go over the recommended serving the counts will change!

Absolutely correct, Robyn. And as a side note....always, always read not only the nutritional data but the actual ingredients as well. Some items can really surprise you.

I always thought the rounding worked like this:

0 <= carbs < 0.5 : 0 carbs

0.5 <= carbs < 1.0 : "< 1 carbs" or "1" on label

carbs >= 1.0 : actual carb count

Agreed, Justin. To me, a carb is a carb is a carb. Whether it is 0.5, 0.9...it is still counted as 1 in my book. That way, I am always on top of the count.
