The print on the bottle is so small I can't read the ingredients....does anyone know of a vitamin that we can buy over the counter that is cheaper and the same combination of things.

I have my own vitamins that I take and my clinic approved them. I have not found a vitamin combo that contains ALL of the above ingredients. It is, after all, a proprietary blend made for MWL specifically.

The Vita-Super included my clinic too. The calcium and fat burner are not included. I would love to find a similar version of those (sorry to hijack your post!) :)

Susie wrote on another post that Costco has a green tea alternative to the fat burner. Calcium is sold there as well!

The Vitamin is provided but I use the Green Tea from Costco and have never used the calcium, so I am no help there. I did not notice a difference when I switched from the Medi fat burner to the Green tea gel caps fat burner. They are much cheaper!

They are a lot cheaper and that is what I use also.

For those who use the Costco Fat Burners.... How often and how many do you take? Do you take it 3 times a day like the medi fat burner or do you follow the label that says 2 in the morning and 1 or 2 in the afternoon?

I take 2 in the morning and then 2 at lunch. Keeps me from having issues with sleep!

I have yet to try the vita super, because I had two bottles of Natures Way Alive Women's Multi prior to doing MWL. My dr approved my vit, the cost is $17 for 90 tablets at our local nutrition center. The down is I take it 3x's daily. I am not sure what the vs cost, if it is cheaper I will be using that instead. Or if anyone has an alternative to the vs, I will use it.

Just chiming in as well to say that my vitamins are included in my weekly cost. You may want to check with your clinic before you spend any extra money on the vitamins. Now the fat burner and colon cleanser on the other hand...

I am still in Week One but I received all the supplements in my starter kit. (Vita Super, Omega 3, Colon Cleanser, Calcium Blend and Fat Burner). My clinic told me they charge $59 for the next month's supply of all of these if I am interested. I don't take the Vita's as I use something else. Not sure I will purchase these yet.
