First Week In Plan
I finally joined a few days ago. I've been doing great and already lost 5 lbs however today I cheated. Bad! Still ate 500 calories but had some carbs. Anybody else cheat the first week? I feel guilty

Some people cheat and probably don't even know it. Nothing you can do about it now, just pick up and get back on track. If you are out of ketosis work to get yourself back there. This program really does work. Good luck and don't feel guilty, what is done is done.
