Cost?

I've been poking around this section for a while, and am intrigued by this plan ~ I've been at a standstill since I stopped smoking in September, and am wondering if this would be beneficial for me.

As the clinic closest to me is about 30 miles away and their site doesn't give fees, could anyone tell me the approximate cost of the plan?

Hi Lippi

I am here in Florida, but I think most clinics charge about the same.

Your initial visit which includes a consultation with a Doctor, EKG and blood work plus the vitamins, 2 shots, diet journal, Ketone sticks, appetite suppressant, Fat Burner and Colon Cleanse is 268.00 (but look around in local papers and such for a 50.00 off coupon). Then each week afterwards is 70.00 which includes weigh in, B12 shot and appetite suppressants and vitamins as needed. The diet journal, ketone sticks, colon cleanse and B1 shots are extra.

It is expensive but if you are truly ready to lose weight this program really works as you can read in the blog postings on this site. The first week is very difficult but after that it is a fairly easy plan to follow. Go to the Newbie page for more details about the plan.

BTW, congrats on being smoke free for almost a year! That is amazing and quite a committment, so that said you will probably be able to handle this diet!

And congrats on quitting smoking. If you can do that, then you can do this program!

My clinic is a 90 mile round trip, but I have to tell you, I would walk or crawl to get there...it is so worth it!

Jo, it is so far from you, how did you hear about it? It is huge in Florida and my cousin has been going. She told me about it and low and behold, there is a clinic in the next town over, 15 min. from my house in Mass. But I had not heard of it. Best weight loss plan I have ever done.

Phoenix is a long way from Florida, where this program actually began, but we have 7 clinics around the area. My mentor at work began the program in April 2008, and has lost a little over 70 pounds and is keeping it off in maintenance. I was impressed by her "transformation" and asked her about it, and voila', there it was! Another of my associates has also joined the program and is doing very very well. We are all at the same clinic. There are a couple a little closer but after visiting all of them in the area, the one I go to in Scottsdale was the one I liked best, and the one both my mentor and associate go to as well!

Thanks for the info, and for the kudos on quitting smoking.

It's been tough, but totally worth it, even though I gained back a lot of the weight I'd lost (boo!).

I'm giving my WOE one more shot, but if I continue to not do well after eating clean and going to my yearly physical and asking for my thyroid to be checked, I am giving the clinic a call.
