Week 1 Weight Loss
I thought it might be motivational for newbies to see what kinds of weight they can expect to lose in week 1. Participation is purely optional.

I am new here, but just had my first weigh in today and am happy with the results!

1st Week Weight Loss = 8+ pounds (I forgot the ounces). ;-) I was hoping for 10 but then I realized I was being really greedy--I've NEVER lost that much weight in one week before. I'm thrilled to have such a good start towards my 30-lb goal.

Great job, Rhonda and Skinimini. It is so inspiring to see the scale move down for so many people, including myself. And it hasn't felt that hard. :dunno:

I lost 7 pounds the first week. So far I have lost 29 pounds and I am happier than ever before!

i am new and only need to loose 20 pounds. after reading all these results im getting discouraged. i only lost 2 lbs the first week.

I am back after 2 years... I just ended week 1 with a weight lose of 7 pounds. I am sticking to this this time

Hi Just got back from my first weigh in for week 1... down 7 lbs... not as much as i expected from what others were saying... but still very happy!!!:cool:

dont get discouraged. Remember everyone is different and quite a few people here started with much more to loose and some as they got closer to their goal weight had a harder time shedding the pounds. A good guideline is 2 pounds a week. I started with 31 pounds to loose, I am on my 20th day and am down about 13. I know the rest is going to be a challenge to get off. Just keep following the progam and get your water and excersize in and stay positive. |

I started Medi on June 3. Tomorrow is my first weigh in. I am sooooo nervous. I did everthing I was suppose to with no cheating. I hope I do well. |
