Had my first weigh in on Tuesday. Lost 18.6 lbs. Mostly water.

Started weight training to maintain muscle, I'm a big guy. Dr. told me don't do so much cardio as weight train.

10.6 lbs! So excited!! I stuck it through week 1 and am on my way now! Yippee. This weekend is going to be a challenge with all the festivities, but I am determined that I will stay strong and enjoy the company more than the food!

I had my first weigh in today and lost 9 lbs. Only 39 to go! :-)

Just had my Week 1 weigh-in today and was down 10.4 pounds (of which 8.2 was fat!!). Great ending to a stressful week for me..so happy I made it!
