Justin1, I only get the one injection each week and I do not make another trip during the week for the additional one. I have lost 47 pounds in 17 weeks so for me, I did not feel like I needed to pay or make the stop. I guess everyone is different and some people say it makes a big difference.

The optional B-6 injection really helps with water retention. When I was in the acute phase I took it every week and it really made a difference for me.

If you have the extra funds give it a try and see if it makes a difference for you. Everyone reacts differently.

Catty, I get the mid-week free shot. I can tell you it makes a big difference in my energy level.

Each person is different.

I do not get the b6 shot wich is extra.

I have lost 21 pounds in 5 weeks.

I would refer you to the packet you received when you first began the MWL program. There is a page which lays out in detail exactly what is included in the MIC injection and what each component does for you. Each element is designed to function in different ways to facilitate your weight loss. B12 is included in the MIC injection which is designed to give you an energy boost.

The B1/B6 injection which is optional ($10.00) is designed to boost metabolism among other benefits.

Personally, I took the optional injection for a couple of weeks, then went without it for a couple of weeks, and for me, it did not make any real difference. So I discontinued the optional shot. I live too far away from the clinic to make it in twice a week so I only go once a week.

I have been successful on the program this way. As of today, I have lost 56 lbs in 17 weeks.

This really is a major lifestyle change which results in a healthier and happier you. I love the program and it is working very well for me.

can anyone please tell me where in phoenix to get the mic ultra shot, i just relocated from kentucky i got it for $10 a week from my dr. and it seems that alot of the dr.'s here have no clue what it is , i have lost 116 lbs since august 2011 but i have been off the shot for awhile now . HELP.... PLEASE...

Go to the website and choose Arizona. There are two clinics in the PHX area. One is in Glendale and the other in Scottsdale. I have always gone to the Scottsdale location. Love the staff there. They are empathetic,compassionate and supportive.
