What is Medi Weigthloss?
I am in the process of considering a program at my hospital called New Direction that is a liquid diet along with lab work, counseling, nutrition specialists and group sessions. Once you lose the majority of your weight, you then move to a transitional face where they begin to re-introduce food. After that you have six months of weekly sessions to continue through the maintenance phase.
Is that the same program you guys are doing? I'd love some thoughts and support on this subject. I tried medifast but hated the shakes. We actually got to sample the shakes for this program (new direction) and they werer quite tasty. They also have shakes and pudding's. THank you!~

Courtney,
The best way to really explain the MediWeightLoss program is to direct you to the website for the program. It is pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps: Medi-Weightloss Clinics® - Physician-supervised weight loss clinics There are clinics around the country, but not in all states, and unfortunately, it does not appear that there are any clinics yet in Illinois.
