LOVE THIS MWL PROGRAM but

surprised there are not more posts! I'm really excited about this and want to read more! I've been lurking for a few weeks, reading all of the messages and hope now to get more people talking!

I lost 7.4 lbs. the first week and 6.6 of it was FAT! I couldn't believe it! I followed exactly what I was supposed to do, but the most important thing to me is to drink your water and eat a little even when your not hungry. Got to eat protein to keep from burning muscle. I tried to get 96 oz. each day, but the one day I reached 112 oz. I felt so much better! Now in my second week, I'm slowly adding salad and veggies. Finally had time to read over the snacks and other literature they gave me, and I'm so excited. You just have to vary things.

What the best thing you ate this week that was on program? Any new creations or snacks?

I hope I can be a good addition to this board! Good luck to everyone!
