B6 Shot

Does anyone pay for the weekly B6 shot? What is it and does it work? Is it worth the $15.00 extra a week?

At my clinic is $10 per shot, but I do not get it ....... I think the MIC shot is enough!

Granted I am only on week 2 but I did not get the B6 and I don't notice any difference yet!

When I was in the acute phase on the plan I got the B-6 shot every week. It really made a difference with water retention. At the Fort Myers clinic they only charge $10.00 for it.

Went for my weigh in yesterday and they told me that MWC is coming out with instead of getting the second shot during the week there's going to be a desolvable tab for under the tongue. MWC said that they thought that Florida had them. They said that this would be coming soon.
Can't wait.

Can't wait.

Sublingual B-6 would be great. Those shots really really burn. I never felt the mic but that B-6 was a different story.

To those that question whether or not to get the B-6 shot. Give it a try and see what happens. If there is no difference for you then by all means save the money. If it does work $10.00 is money well spent.
