Lean or extra lean?
 
When I buy hamburger at 93% is that the lean or the extra lean? I need to count these calories correctly.

Also is all chicken bought like perdue and store chicken lean or extra lean.

I count both as lean. 55 calories per ounce. I limit my hamburger and go for the chicken, pork ,fish selections for my protein calories. This seems to be working best for me so far.
