Another pound down takes me to a new low weight. 150. I'm only 5 pounds away from what was my I can't imagine being that small again goal weight and I'm considering going for another 10-20 after that. Maybe I'm not ready for the maintain lane yet.

I also went lower than my plan as I was on a roll and set in a great pattern of exercise and menus. Go for it if you can and won't feel deprived!

Well, that's great! I hope to get like that. I'm still in the process and at a standstill weight wise despite feeling like I'm doing everything right that I hope will kickstart again when my body is ready. I'm not a patient person but I'm being patient about this.
