i am mainly following a mixture of different ways of eating now. rotating according to how I feel, if I need to gain, or if I need to loose. my key way of eating is QWL stillmans, then rotating over to the stillmans inches off diet, and also at different times going back to a zero carb eating plan of proteins, fats and no veggies. I either swim or walk daily.

Hi Shreem,
I've been maintaining my weight loss for a few months now. Not quite sure of what I'm doing, but just started adding a few more fruits.
Yesterday I added a few blueberries twice in the day, plus an apple & a few prunes (which I had already been eating).
However... it scared me yesterday. For the first time in over a year, I'm getting "hunger"
So, I guess I'm asking... how many carbs are good for maintenance, on low carb?

hi debbie. i dont have any guidance there because i think everyone's bodies are different. i think if you experience hunger, then back off a bit. maintenance is different. the rules are not clear cut and you need to trust yourself and experiment some.

I skipped the blueberries today & didn't have the "hunger" thing today.
