Moving into Maintenance
Okay, I'm there. I've been increasing my carbs, but find that I start to gain somewhere in the 40g range. That's fine.
However, I also watch calories and as my carb count has increased, my fat percentage has dropped to about 55%. Should this happen? How do you increase carbs without increasing calories and still leave you in the 65/30/10 percentages. |

Congrats Marva on that all time low weight. Doesn't that feel great? Reached and under goal.
I really don't count carbs or percents. I just eat low carb and do a little low fat eating also. I guess I just do a eyeball count of things. I know that if I up the carbs too much I will gain. It is more or less trial and error. I think it is such an individual plan and eventually we stick with what works for us. |
