I'm happy with my 118.2 Started a few different things this week and it seems to have helped. Now, with Easter on Sunday, it will be tough to stay there.

132.6 this week.

Travelling today will weigh in the morning.

OK ladies...went to the doctor this morning....weighed on her fancy scale WITH clothes and a full bladder...ready for this 147!!!!!!!!! MY stupid scale has been LYING..147!!!!!!! the nurse said everyone usually complains its weighs heavy..you are the first to yell halleluia!!! and offer to kiss the scale...No wonder Ive been fitting in my 6s..ALL of them..thats the size I am at 147!!

the rest of the dr news was cr$ppy but the scale part was good..

Wow Johansafta, quick, quick, quick. Off to buy new scales. Sorry the rest of the visit was less uplifting.

Maybe it is the battery in the scale. Hope the rest of the problems are easily fixed.

I'm getting a little unreliable about posting, but only because of the red tape involved in making two full, long established households into one. I'm still at 172 and happy there.

Yeah I really should be more active on the maintain lane myself. I always swing by here and the main forum. I find that popping in regularly is a nice constant reminder to myself that low carb wasn't a diet but rather a long-term way of eating for me. I just don't post as much as I probably should.

So with that in mind ... :) ... I'm still holding around 175 these days. Usually just a matter of how much I am travelling which always creates a challenge.
