119.8. Over ate during my travels last weekend.

Trying to eat wheat free. Not sure if 100% gluten free because I am not relaxing every product I use. Still eating sugar as many cereals are gluten free but not sugar free. Not eating junk food or desserts.

Have to travel and Thursday will be. Food Fest when I go back home with brothers to celebrate dad's 80th. I can't dictate restaurant choices but one bad day won't kill me.

112 today. A surprising new low which is nice before a three day weekend.

I am amazed as I have so much energy and am never hungry. Maintenance is easier when I eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, etc.,

The eating habits I developed over the last 2 and a half years are ingrained. I no longer think about weight or food obsessively. I'm pretty much stuck at 173 plus or minus a pound.

Good to see you post Cal. It has been a while.

111 this am after lots of good eating up north. Got back Monday and into the rythm of JUDDD. Had my fill there. Enjoyed food and family tremendously. Traffic was another story.

Hi there,
I'm getting close to my goal, so I thought I'd better find an active maintenance thread.
I've been fighting a water retention thing this week, which put 3 lbs on me overnight (took Ibuprofen for a back-ache). Getting close to rid of it, hoping my wt. loss for the week will show up too... so close to goal, not expecting to get to goal too quickly though, its been a long haul.
I found out in May that I have hypothyroidism... then adrenal fatigue, but those things are being treated & I'm feeling much better.
Hope we can all encourage each other.
If you have a thread suggestion for me, I welcome it!

So happy to be maintaining a surprising low of 112.4.

I maintained for months at 116 and 117 and then, whoosh, I passed 115, 114 in a couple days with 113 a few days later, and two days later, 112.

Welcome DebbyL you are doing a wonderful job. Just be patient in your woe lifestyle.

TBipp your weight loss path sounds similiar to mine when I started this alternating JUDDD plan. I could not believe it. Congrats to you.

Today at 110 and I think I am leveled off with a pound in either direction of 110.

Hi gals!
Thanks for the welcome!

I am being patient... just passed the 1 year mark of being on this WOE, with a 39 lb loss. 1.25 lb to goal. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to change to maintain yet. But with my restricted diet (lots of intolerances), I think I'll just be able to add fruit.

I lost 1.25 this week. Bringing me .25 less then my lowest. (I've had some water retention for over a week).

Out of town.

No scale.

Two more days of Prednisone. Gained a few pounds since taking and not running.

I have dropped Gluten from my diet. Still eat carbs. Trying to eat healthy and less but all meals out last few days while traveling.

170.0 today. Had been maintaining in the 167s, so not thrilled with that. New to maintainance still. Maybe I need to cut back fruit some. Not thrilled.

120 which is lower then my 122 accepted high and 2 pounds higher then my preferred low. Why 2 pounds matters I don't know. Maintaining is good. I have dropped gluten from diet but still eat plenty of carbs. Just trying to watch amounts. I feel good. I have plenty of tummy flab but I think only a tummy tuck will take care of that at my age.
