I am up a bit after a lovely break in the lovely city of Durham. Not worried it goes so easily with JUDDD.

126.2 (actually an hour or so later it was 125.6, but I alway use the first number of the day)

I've been gone for a while, but still maintaining. 132.2! So grateful for 2+ months of sustained weight loss.

Rough week. I'm still trying to figure out what maintainance requires. I thought I could reintroduce fruit, but I had guests last weekend and I guess I was overconfident. I ate a bunch of stuff I shouldn't, thinking it really wouldn't matter. I was in the mid-167s (which is where I'm comfortable), and suddenly on Monday I woke up to 170.4. 170 has been my goal, but I like 167 better.

I spent all week going back to utter strictness, and today I'm at 167.4

So what does maintainance require? Constant effort, and don't get overconfident! I'll revise that as necessary.

I had a similar issue but with something not quite as healthy ... beer

Not much tastes good in the hot humid Houston weather so I keep trying to like low carb beer with limited success.

Still stuck at 177 rather than 175. But oh well, it least it isn't going up if I can't get it back down.

117.8.

Sure I am dehydrated and would weigh more. I ran last night and didn't drink enough. I would love to be under 118 but I have been just under 120 all week.

We'll see what next Friday brings!

On top of my game all week as DH is out of town so eating small dinners and weight lifting two times a day (also known as stall cleaning and throwing hay!)

New low this a.m. of 114.6. I have a feeling I will not this this again!

When I hit a new low I want to see it stick 2-3 days.
I am low for maintenance but still 3-4 pounds from low of 6-7 years ago.

The hardest for me is maintaining. I give myself a 4 pound window. I prefer the lower edge but usually hang at the higher.

My DH is dieting so it helps a lot but he still makes food for everyone else that is not diet food. He cooks when I work and he is home first.

Thank you so very much, Kissa. I attended a 4 day conference last weekend and all food was vegan--very little suitable for low carb WOE. Knowing there would be some consequences, I was prepared to hit it hot and heavy Monday morning.

I only gained one pound at the conference and think I was saved by going off campus each morning to eat eggs for breakfast and taking along ziplocs of nuts for snacking so that I did not eat large amounts of the banquet meals.

I was not trying to lose any more weight this week; however, I like a lot of cushion in my Maintenance weight. I really like weigh-ins on Fridays as eating off plan usually occurs on the weekends! I have a birthday party tomorrow night at an Italian restaurant so will see if the usual 2 pounds comes on again.

Thanks Cindy. I am surprised myself at this maintaining low weight. Hope to continue on. My blood pressure has lowered and I feel great. I has been relatively easy once I got in the JUDDD rhythm. Even on the up days I try to restrict calories somewhat. Nice to be able to LET LOOSE once in a great while and eat what I really like.

Thanks for putting me onto JUDDD.

119.4

Very stable.

Was 118.4 yesterday and 119 Tuesday at doctors.

I am happy. Under 122 always my first goal. Under 120 second goal. 118 my preferred weight. 119 so close can't complain.

133 this morning....didn't post last week because it was really bad...5 strict days and doing much better. I think I had too much sodium 2 days before weigh-in.

168.4 today, after a zigzag week that saw me at a 30 year low of 165 and now up to 168. I've substantially increased fruit, and I'm concerned that maybe I'm eating too much. Maintainance is much harder than losing for me. I know how to lose. I originally set out to be 170, but now I know I'm more comfortable at 165-166.

Congrats TBipp on that new low. WTG

111.5, a day late. Happy with that and the fact that I seem to be leveling off now. Hope I can stay here within a pound or two.

Amazed this week to see 109.5, a new low.

I will be going out of town this upcoming Thursday and am happy to start off low on the scales. My DS and I plan on eating out several times.

Way to go Loretta. I like starting at a lower weight also when going out of town.

Today is 113.8. Not very lowest but lowest Friday Maintnance report. Love it when it happens right before the weekend.

118 which is where I like to be but sure was happy when I saw 116.3 yesterday.

A lot of stress in my life so not eating great. Plus when hubby travels I am skipping dinner. Last night I had cheese and crackers.

Congratulation Loretta. Have a great trip.

I haven't been lower then 112-113 since before I has kids. The 112-113 was when I did Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. I couldn't maintain that without a very strict diet. 118 isn't skinny for me because I still have curves and some belly fat but at 55 years of age I accept it as a good weight. My BMI is good. I feel good in my skin.

I wouldn't complain at 116 but know I would have to eat very little to get lower and maintaining would be hard.

I really haven't mastered maintaining at my lower weight. I have given myself an acceotable high but I don't really want to be there anymore. I feel better under 120.

I am shorter then you all I think. I am only 5 feet.

167.6 today. Pleased with that after being over 168 last Friday, and seeing numbers over 170 (at night) all week. I increased hydration, and now am seeing larger drops overnight. I dream that one day the variance will be moderate, and I will be sure that I am maintaining well.
