Would you mind if I join you guys? I'm looking to maintain at or around 153ish...I'd love to drop 5-10 more lbs, but honestly I'm looking to be stable here and increase my workouts to help lean out and build more muscle .

I'm at 153.9 today after a night out with chips, gelato and lots of fun! So far so good .

I'm doing fine. I threw my back out a bit on Monday at the gym. same place i usually have pain every 6 months or so. but, i was good to it, ice and heat and rest. then, I hit the gym yesterday and followed the NROLFW routine for the first workout. My back did great, I was careful and slow about my movements. I'm really pleased with that! I'm taking a day off of training today, gonna swim at my mom's community pool and it'll be a light cardio day. Then I'll lift again tomorrow and stick my 3 days of weights 1-2 cardio plan.

My weight is stable at 153 this morning. I've added carbs back in successfully. I even had a real sandwich with bread yesterday! going for pizza tonight! Hoping the combo of zone and BFFM works well for me over the long haul!

Bummed for the moment, had a drs appt (just a checkup) and I weight 2 pounds less than last year, however, there scale is still not compareable to mine at home...blah! Off some, but I remember saying that last year. I am gonna stick to mine just as a guide though.

Julie, how was the bread? I have not had a sandwich in so long. I don't seem to miss it though. Do you feel bloated?

Hey! Natalie, right? Great job on the losses! how'd you get to goal? just Atkins? I remember you from the hcg boards. the bread? It was really good! it's been ages for me too! So far, so good!

Were you expecting it to be lower? I hate that!! The gym scale is that way too! not a nice scale but you KNOW how far you've come and how well you're doing!!! celebrate it!

I fell off the wagon over the Summer and it may even have rolled over me. I decided that I would be on top of my game during August so, I have lost 4 pounds since Monday and weighed 124.4 this am.

I jump started with some fat fasting. Glad it is short term.

I had an amazing, and quite indulgent, 3 days at the beach. Low-we hit
Newport - I went to college at Uci and lived out there for nearly 5 years . We had an amazing time! Swam, boogie boarded, walked, played... Had a blast!! Can't wait to go do it again.

Weight 154.5, which was up then back down again. Got my workouts in though

135...still within 4 pound range, but struggling. I need to be at 131 by Sept. 20th for my 40th high school reunion. I plan to strictly follow Scarsdale starting the last week of August. That should do it!....I need to remember, it's been 6 years, and not be so hard on myself.
