Nov 2014 A DXA scan reported very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

Once you hit your goal weight I think it is normal to fluctuate every week or so and that is just the way of it. You can just watch it so you don't get too far away, one way or another from your goal. 5 pounds is not a big spread but I would try not to go beyond that either way.

142.8..not a clue why...Ive been eating more ..plums from my trees and grapes from my vines....a couple of times I needed a bar after my workout..I have been more active at the gym...this would be a big loss for me if I was in weight loss mode let alone maintenance.

Sorry, dear friends. I am in a difficult place with my DD who has DS and is going through serious anxiety and depression, so not posting much

But, all in al,l I am not unhappy weighing 131 after 4 weeks in Peru and the Galapagos, then a month dealing with DD's depression and almost losing one of my cats. Cat fully recovered!

115lbs - irritating but I'm taking NSAIDs etc. for pain management and I know that I'm retaining water from the size of my hands and stiffness of joints.

Deb, I guess that is what maintaining is all about. A few fluctuations probably normal.

FishDeb trying to eat right while on vacation was a problem for me. I used vacation for my crutch and that is fine. I know that the regular routine won't include all of those luxuries.
