Cindy, that is VERY NICE.

Snuck a weigh in today before Friday and got 115.5. That's nice too.

Good to see that your weight is very reliable Ron, even if your posting is not.

Good hear from maintaining Big Al too. You are so right about this being a way of life eating. Some don't recognize that fact and are just interested in getting it off. Maintaining is the rough part.

I could tell I was out of town on business all week. Was at the high end of my maintain range at 178 on Friday. But this morning I am already back down to 176.

One neat thing about continuing to monitor what I eat and track my weight even when on maintenance, is I am really getting to know how my body reacts to various foods, alcohol, activity level, salt intake, etc.

I haven't weighed in a long time. I felt like my weight was stable and just tried to eat healthy. The good news is that my weight seems to maintain without serious dieting.

I weighed 121 today. I still prefer to be under 120 but these are just numbers. I want to be able to eat normally and not have to live in tight control of what I eat. Mostly I eat the same things over and over anyways.

my exercise decreased and I feared gaining without as much running but I have not. I think I have maintained this weight for a few years now and that is really a first for me. Not sure why. I always gain and need to diet and so on ........

Just wanted to drop by and see how everyone is maintaining. You all inspire me a lot.

Well..got the new scale.....153lbs...soooooo the dr scale wt was a fluke... didnt take it well BUT I decided to really work on letting the scale be simply a tool..so here I am posting the wt. My BFF and I are on a challenge....eating clean and we will incorporate a 3 day m/e fast M TU and W next week...to focus...my new goal is to get to 149..I want to see the 140's.

I hate scales. They really are just a number. I find my clothes and how I feel in my skin the best measurement.

I am still running but not as much. I have been forced to decrease my miles with my bad back. I am not training for anything much but want to stay fit. Now I need to find an alternative to get more exercise. I belong to a gym. I guess I should go there. I have a few friends I may do some walking with. I just need a schedule to keep me at it.

I am eating less but not great. I am trying not to eat junk and not buying junk. I can still eat too much.

I am not cutting out food groups at all. I have to eat in a way I can live and maintain. Even an occasional junk food binge is going to happen.

Weight stable 121.4. Anything under 122 good for me. I would love to lose 4-5 pounds but no plans to diet. I will try to eat less. I go to Israel mid June and want to lose a few pounds before I travel because I will most likely gain when away. Maybe not as I will be busy and eating portioned food.

I am below 120 which makes me happy after a dining out meal on both Wednesday and Thursday.

I am at 119 this morning and that's even with a surprise visit this morning from TOM.

Yes Debbie to think about JUDDD. I guess I have modified my plan and just eat less daily and on 2 days a week I eat sparingly (hb egg, orange, banana and salad for supper, plus a snack of nuts). Don't count calories or carbs a great deal, added more fruit.

Even on the days I am allowed to eat more, I find myself content with less.
I have dropped about 12 pounds total and my lab work has greatly improved. Ask Kissa about it JUDDD, she has been at it a while. There is a thread for it here on the LCF's with all of the different food plans.
